The al findlay memorial gala day is the high point of the bright autumn festival, falling this year on saturday 4th may 2024, named in honour, and celebrating the life of al findlay who had such a significant impact on the development of the community over 30 years and had a special interest in the development of young people specifically. In 2025, the festival will kick off on friday 25th april (anzac day) and run through until sunday 4th may.
